Not only was the entire staff at your firm professional, knowledgeable, and more than helpful, but you were always compassionate, understanding, thoughtful, and very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you all for being so patient with me, explaining things, sometimes several times, until we were all satisfied that my parents and I completely understood how the process worked and that all of our needs were met.
