Meet Mindy Bolduc – our dedicated special needs planning paralegal known for her empathetic approach and warm demeanor. With a background in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and recreational therapist who specialized in working with adults with disabilities, Mindy brings a unique skillset that perfectly aligns with our practice.

Mindy meets our clients where they are at. She understands that this area of the law is complex and daunting, and she is committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate these tricky waters. Beyond the legal paperwork, it is the opportunity to offer peace of mind and a sense of security to families that truly drives Mindy.

Outside of the office Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Oliver and Everly, plus a large group of extended family and friends. While Mindy originally hails from Florida, she has found her forever home in the heart of Maine!
